A community of neighbors and the homes in which we will liveWe will have 19 condominiums plus a shared 4,500 square foot common house on a one-acre site with shared facilities for socializing, entertainment, exercise, group dining and crafts. There will be open space, fruit trees and gardens. Parking and storage will be underground, with elevator access and a security gate. All buildings will be energy efficient with universal design. The entire community will be smoke free. Our residences and shared facilities are currently being designed by our members, working with award-winning architect Chuck Durrett.

Above the ground level, units will be connected by exterior sheltered walkways. An elevator will provide stair-free access to all 19 condominiums; it will operate from the underground garage to all three floors of the main building. Foot bridges on the second and third floors will link the main building to the smaller east building.
A secure underground garage is planned; it will provide space for two vehicles per unit.
